Hotel Rules

We are pleased to welcome you and promise to do our best to make your stay with us as enjoyable and memorable as possible.

There are a couple of things we would like to inform you about and we hope it might also answer questions you might have.

The Roth Hotel is a water and electricity conservation establishment.
Therefore we kindly ask you to make sure that all doors and windows are tightly closed before turning on the air conditioning.

If you plan to leave your accommodation for a longer period of time, please turn off lights, the television or small appliance before leaving. The management reserves the right to do it for you if you leave it on and depart for several hours.

We provide clean towels, toilet paper and garbage bags every week upon request. Please leave the dirty towels outside on the chair next to your door in the morning and we will exchange them for clean ones. Should you need extras, please do not hesitate to request on the App.

Please do not take our white bathroom towels to the pool, dock or beach. If you did not bring your own beach towels, we will be happy to provide as many as you need so please request on the App.
Also, please do not use our white washcloth to remove your make up.
Weekly maid service will be offered within a minimum stay of 10 days for $75/cleaning.

Please do not use spray suntan lotion within your unit since it stains fabrics and can make the floor slippery, apply outside.

Our dishes are cleaned but not sanitized. Please make sure that all dishes are clean, dry and put away at check out to avoid an additional $50 cleaning fee.

No frying of fish or anything else within your unit, use the burners on the outside grill.

If you use the Grill or grill area you are responsible for cleaning up after yourself. Be considerate of the other guest.

We kindly ask you to deposit your own garbage. The garbage dumpsters are behind the building on the north side. Failing to do so will also result in an additional $50 charge.

All our rooms and property are “non smoking” Thank you in advance for respecting this rule.

Lost or stolen room keys result in a $100 replacement fee.

Management declines responsibility for any articles or valuables left in the room.

We strictly reinforce the “no glass around the pool” rule. Reusable plastic containers are allowed and much safer for you and your family.

Sorry, no eating or drinking in the pool.

All guest must be registered. We do not allow visitors on the property that are not
staying at the Roth Hotel.

Sorry, the pool and the pool deck is reserved for registered guest only.

Pool hours are 9am – 9pm. In respect to other fellow guest we cannot allow exemptions.

Parents:
Please watch your children!! No children unattended in the pool or on the dock.

No jumping or diving in the pool. The use of the pool or the dock is at your own risk.

Deck and dock will be slippery when wet!

Management declines all responsibility for any accidents or injuries.
